Each service shows whether FSA and HSA plans usually cover it.
Your FSA or HSA card works at checkout like any debit card. What matters is whether your plan treats the service as a medical expense, so we tell you up front.

Treatments done only to change appearance, such as wrinkle injections, fillers, and facials. A card may swipe, but the plan can still deny the expense later.
An itemized receipt with our provider details the moment you pay. For services that need one, Dr. Marshak can prepare a letter of medical necessity when he finds it appropriate.
